General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

Below are the key definitions and terms that apply to these Terms and Conditions:

Grace Period Details: The timeframe during which the consumer can exercise their right to withdraw:

Consumer Rights: A natural person not acting for business or professional purposes in a distance contract

enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur:

Transaction Duration:  a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, of which the

delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time:

Durable Data Storage: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information that is

personally addressed, to store in a way that future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the

stored information as possible.

Withdrawal Rights: The consumer’s ability to cancel the distance contract.

Distance Agreement: an agreement whereby in the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products and/or services, up to and including the conclusion of the agreement

use of one or more techniques for distance communication;

Technique for distance communication: means that can be used for concluding an agreement, without

that consumer and entrepreneur have come together simultaneously in the same space.

General Terms and Conditions: the present General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3- Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, distance contracts, and orders between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before finalizing the distance contract, the consumer will be provided with the text of these general terms and conditions. If this is not feasible, the consumer will be informed that the terms and conditions are available for review at the entrepreneur’s location and can be sent to the consumer upon request as soon as possible.

Sent promptly and free of charge.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions will be provided to the consumer in an easily accessible electronic format before the contract is finalized.

The general conditions will be stored on a durable medium. If this is not possible, the consumer will be informed, before the distance contract is concluded, of where the terms and conditions can be viewed electronically. Additionally, the consumer will be notified that they can receive the conditions electronically or otherwise, free of charge, upon request.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs will apply accordingly. In case of conflicting terms, the consumer will always be entitled to rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.

If any provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be fully or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced promptly by a mutually agreed-upon provision that closely aligns with the original intent and scope.

Situations not covered by these general terms and conditions will be assessed in accordance with the overall intent and principles of these terms.

Any uncertainties regarding the interpretation or meaning of one or more provisions in our terms and conditions should be resolved in line with the overall intent and principles of these terms.
