Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If you find any defects, you have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service at support@canvaoo.com to report any issues within this timeframe. Please note that defect reports or returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.

Design Fees

For personalized products, including our custom canvases, the price includes a standard design fee of 500 PKR. As these products are tailored specifically for you, the design fee is non-refundable.

Returns or cancellations of orders with a personalized design will result in a full refund, minus the 500PKR design fee. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Personal nature

Due to the custom-made nature of our personalized canvases, returns are not accepted. We provide full transparency regarding the product you will receive. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect not covered by the warranty, we offer a 20% refund while you keep the product.
